This conference aims to provide practical skills and knowledge for anesthesiologists and pain practitioners to
apply regional anesthesia and state of the art pain modalities more effectively and safely. After successful

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
The full registration fee less $75.00 administration fee will be refunded, if written notice of cancellation (e-mail or fax) prior to May 1, 2018.
No refund for cancellation after May 1, 2018. Registration may be transferred among colleagues.
In the unlikely event that a course is rescheduled or cancelled, pre-paid registrants will be given the opportunity to transfer to a future course or may receive a full refund.
The course organizer will not be responsible for any travel and/or lodging reimbursements.
