- The regular registration fee will provide you with access to all the plenary sessions of the respective program conducted from June 11-14, 2016. Please note that workshops are optional and require additional fee. Also included in the registration fee are conference syllabus (downloadable from www.usra.ca), daily breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks and a complimentary reception with the exhibitors on Saturday, June 11 and a welcome reception on Sunday, June 12.

All cancellations must be emailed or faxed:
- Cancellation before April 4, 2016 - full refund less $50 administrative fee
- Cancellation between April 4 and May 11, 2016 - 50% refund
- Cancellation after May 11, 2016 - no refund
