Guidelines for Authors
- Generic names should be used whenever possible.
- One of the authors of the abstract must be present during the specified time of the e-poster session.
- Abstract presenters are responsible for all personal expenses (travel, hotel, etc.). Presenters must be registered for the meeting on the day of the e-poster session, and are responsible for the associated conference fees.
- Poster presentations are to be free of commercial bias and devoid of proprietary references e.g., the use of logos.
Official Rules and General Terms
- All submitted abstracts must be original. Participants must not use materials belonging to third parties or copyrighted. Such entries will be disqualified.
- Submitted materials must be in the English language only
- Materials that have been published in a journal (peer reviewed or non peer reviewed) within the past year are eligible for submission.
- The authors confirm that the abstract information is correct. The content of the abstract cannot be modified once submitted and will be published as submitted.
- The first author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
- Participants may submit more than one (1) abstract per person.
- All submitted materials must NOT contain any personal information that identifies the patient subject.
- Submissions shall NOT contain materials that promote or advertise commercial products for a company.
- The ISURA 2016 organizers reserve the right to remove an abstract which does not comply with the official rules.
