- For the in person Regional Anesthesia & Pain / MSK programs, the regular registration fee will provide you with access to all the plenary sessions of each individual program. However, interactive master classes and hands on workshops will require an additional fee.
- For the in person Focused Cardiac Ultrasound (FOCUS) & Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) programs, the registration fee will give you access to both the plenary sessions and hands on workshop.
- Also included in the in person registration fee are daily breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.
- For the virtual registrants, one registration fee will give you access to all the online regional anesthesia, pain / MSK, FOCUS & POCUS programs.
- Also included in the registration fee (both in person & virtual programs) are recorded video presentations that can be accessed for 3 months after the conference.

- Cancellation before April 7, 2023 - full refund less $50 administrative fee
- Cancellation between April 7 and May 5, 2023 - 50% refund
- Cancellation after May 5, 2023 - no refund
